In this two-part documentary, Griff Rhys Jones takes a startlingly honest look at anger in himself and others. Speaking candidly with family and friends, he poignantly explores his own tendency to ‘lose it’ at times, and considers the various paths that many people take in order to regain control of the rage in all of us.
Griff has always believed that anger can be a good thing, that it can even be creative. However, through a series of frank and open exchanges with those who know him best, the darker side of his temper is brought to the fore through revelations of how others have perceived him. In search of a remedy for his anger, Griff samples a range of method’s from boxing to meditation before finally heading to LA where he meets the man who created ‘anger management’… and signs up for one of his courses.
